Tapbit uses insurance funds to prevent investors’ positions from ADL. The Tapbit insurance fund is used to adjust the price of the forced flats that have not been cleared and closed, so to prevent them from being taken over by the ADL system. The amount of the insurance base will increase as the company is forced to trade in the market at a price that is more superior to the actual bankrupt price and will further be reduced as the liquidation commission cannot be emptied in the market at that time.
