Tapbit will suspend XRP deposit and withdrawal services on September 19, 2024, at 2:00 AM (UTC). These services will resume once the address change is complete, and further announcements will be made with specific timings.
Please note:
- During the XRP deposit address change, spot and contract trading will not be affected.
- After the XRP deposit address change is complete, please obtain the new deposit address promptly. The old address will no longer support deposits after October 19, 2024, at 2:00 AM (UTC). Deposits sent to the old address after this deadline will not be recoverable.
- Once the address change is complete, deposits sent to the old address may experience slower processing times. Please make sure to update and use the new address for deposits.
