We have recently observed that some users lost access to their accounts due to enabling cloud backup for the Google Authenticator app. Please be aware that the cloud backup feature of Google Authenticator may pose security risks—especially if your phone or email account is lost or compromised, potentially resulting in losing access to your Tapbit account.
To safeguard your account, we strongly recommend not using cloud sync to back up or store sensitive information such as authentication codes or passwords. Instead, please consider manual backup methods or other secure storage options.
