ChainCatcher reports that Sifang Jichuang has announced the submission of its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board, with China Merchants Bank International and Guosen Securities (Hong Kong) serving as joint sponsors.
According to the prospectus, its service offerings cover three major segments: fintech software development services, consulting services, and system integration services, including financial infrastructure services supporting payment and settlement systems, and fintech innovation services that utilize blockchain and artificial intelligence to design and deploy new digital financial systems.
