Current mainstream CEX and DEX funding rates indicate the market is slightly returning to neutral

BlockBeats news, December 25, according to Coinglass data, current funding rates on mainstream CEXs and DEXs indicate a slight return to market neutrality. Specific funding rates for major cryptocurrencies are shown in the attached image.

BlockBeats note: Funding rates are fees set by cryptocurrency trading platforms to maintain balance between contract prices and underlying asset prices, typically applicable to perpetual contracts. It is a fund exchange mechanism between long and short traders; the platform does not charge this fee, using it to adjust the cost or profit of traders holding contracts to keep contract prices close to underlying asset prices.

When the funding rate is 0.01%, it indicates the base rate. When the funding rate is greater than 0.01%, it represents a generally bullish market. When the funding rate is less than 0.005%, it represents a generally bearish market.
