Deep Wave TechFlow news, August 12, according to CoinDesk, Bitcoin has recently continued to fluctuate within a narrow range of 62,000 to 66,000 US dollars for several weeks. The stable inflow of spot ETF funds has been offset by over-the-counter selling by miners and institutional holders such as MicroStrategy, resulting in a lack of a clear breakout direction for the price.Current trading volume and implied volatility have fallen to three-year lows, market momentum is insufficient, and investor positions show hedging rather than betting on major fluctuations. Analysts point out that the US CPI inflation data on Wednesday and the regulatory progress of the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act may be key catalysts to break the deadlock, but historical data shows that Bitcoin has fallen by an average of about 4% in September, and seasonal weakness factors may constitute upward resistance.

PANews, August 11 — BlackRock’s head of digital assets, Robert Mitchnick, noted that over the past month, Bitcoin market sentiment has shown a clear but subtle improvement, and its correlation with U.S. stocks is weakening — a healthy development for Bitcoin’s thesis as a portfolio diversifier and tail-risk hedge. He pointed out that during the sharp sell-off in the AI sector in July, Bitcoin significantly outperformed, reflecting this decoupling. Although Bitcoin is down nearly 30% year-to-date and about 50% from a year ago, ETF investors continue to buy — U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $853.5 million in inflows last week, the best weekly performance since mid-April. Of that, BlackRock’s IBIT contributed $693.7 million (over 80%), and Fidelity’s FBTC added $116.4 million. Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas noted that multiple funds saw daily net inflows after the Coldcard vulnerability was disclosed, and “it’s hard not to see causation.”

Deep Tide TechFlow news, August 9, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong stated that the actual progress of cryptocurrency in enhancing global financial accessibility is underestimated. He pointed out that stablecoins have promoted the on-chain presence of the US dollar, enabling global users to hold low-inflation currencies and conduct 24/7 low-cost transfers; decentralized finance has widened access to credit; tokenized stocks provide opportunities for those lacking traditional brokerage services to access the US stock market; Bitcoin offers a store of value that is difficult to dilute through inflation. He also mentioned that the industry still has room for further development, but the progress made at this stage should not be overlooked.

PANews August 9 news, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong posted on X platform that the progress cryptocurrency has made in expanding global financial services accessibility is still underestimated. He said stablecoins have brought the dollar onto the chain, enabling global users to hold a low-inflation currency and conduct 24/7 transfers at extremely low cost; DeFi allows more people to access credit services; tokenized stocks give about 4 billion people without securities brokerage accounts exposure to the U.S. stock market; and Bitcoin provides a means of wealth storage that is not easily devalued by inflation.
