PANews reported on April 9th that, according to The Block, Canary Capital filed an S-1 petition with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Wednesday, applying to list an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that tracks the spot price of the PEPE token. In the filing, Canary stated that PEPE will launch in April 2023 with a total supply exceeding 420 trillion tokens and noted that the meme coin has no utility.
