Revolut’s valuation rises to $115 billion, becoming Europe’s most valuable private company

PANews July 23 news, according to CoinDesk, crypto-friendly digital bank Revolut reached a $115 billion valuation in an employee share sale, up 53% from $75 billion last November, making it Europe’s most valuable private company. Shares were priced at $2,017 each, with the transaction allowing employees and existing shareholders to sell stock rather than raising new capital for the company. The valuation has already surpassed Barclays’ market cap of roughly $95 billion. Revolut reported a 2025 pre-tax profit of $2.3 billion (up 57% year-over-year), revenue of $6 billion (up 46%), and over 75 million customers.

Revolut’s main app supports trading in more than 200 crypto tokens, asset transfers and staking, and operates the standalone crypto exchange Revolut X. The company obtained a MiCA license last year, received a UK banking license in March, and has applied for a US national bank charter. It has previously discussed a future IPO seeking a valuation of up to $200 billion.
