Current mainstream CEX and DEX funding rates indicate the market has once again shifted to a full bearish outlook

BlockBeats News, December 26: According to Coinglass data, current funding rates on major CEXs and DEXs indicate the market has turned bearish again. Specific funding rates for mainstream cryptocurrencies are shown in the attached chart.

BlockBeats Note: Funding rates are fees set by cryptocurrency trading platforms to maintain balance between contract prices and underlying asset prices, typically applied to perpetual contracts. They are a fund exchange mechanism between long and short traders; the platform does not charge this fee, using it to adjust the cost or profit of traders holding contracts to keep contract prices close to the underlying asset price.

A funding rate of 0.01% represents the baseline rate. When the funding rate exceeds 0.01%, it indicates a generally bullish market. When the funding rate is below 0.005%, it indicates a generally bearish market.
